1. Who We Are

The Online Diabetes Centre is the trading name of FastTrack Pumps Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are an intermediary service helping individuals access insulin pump therapy, education, and clinical support. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice or treatment at this time.

2. Acceptance of Terms


By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our service expectations as detailed on the Pricing and Pump Start page. If you do not agree, you should not use our platform. You must be over the age of 18 to use our service.



3. Privacy


Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data. By using the service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described.



4. Our Role


FastTrack Pumps:




  • Connects users with regulated insulin pump suppliers, clinics, and diabetes educators




  • Provide signposting to educational tools and structured training in line with the Best Practice Guidelines as set out by the DTN and ABCD ( https://abcd.care/)




  • Coordinates logistics such as appointments and support




We do not:




  • Offer medical diagnosis or treatment




  • Replace the advice or care of your doctor or diabetes team




  • Guarantee pump suitability for your individual needs





5. Medical Disclaimer


You acknowledge that:




  • You are responsible for consulting your own healthcare professional before making medical decisions




  • Any services, products, or training accessed through our platform are done so at your own risk




  • We are not liable for medical complications, outcomes, or issues arising from insulin pump use or related services





6. Use of the Service


You agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:




  • Misrepresent yourself




  • Share false medical information




  • Attempt to access or tamper with systems you do not have permission to use




We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if these Terms are breached.



7. Appointments and Attendance Requirements


You agree to attend all recommended appointments as advised by your consultant or clinical team. Appointment attendance is a condition of using our service.


Failure to attend appointments within a fair and reasonable timeframe may result in:




  • Withdrawal of platform support




  • Notification to your pump manufacturer that you are no longer under clinical supervision




We do not have any financial incentive to overschedule appointments. All appointments are led by healthcare professionals based on clinical need.



8. Fees and Payment


Our pricing is fully transparent and detailed clearly within your platform dashboard before booking. 


Clinical Support Membership


A monthly clinical support membership is mandatory for anyone self-funding pump therapy through our service as a legal requirement set out by all insulin pump manufactures. This membership ensures access to a named clinical team.


Membership Cancellation:




  • You can only cancel this membership if you formally stop insulin pump therapy.




  • We require written confirmation and a letter from your consultant.




  • Once confirmed, we will notify the manufacturer that you are no longer under our care.




Appointments, support plans, and optional services are explained clearly within the platform. Prices and booking options are shown to registered users before confirmation.


Non-Payment and Failed Billing


While using a pump via our service, you are required to maintain monthly payments throughout your therapy to cover the cost of the clinical support team.


If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you promptly via email, SMS, phone, or other methods to resolve the issue.


If you do not respond within 30 days, we will notify the pump manufacturer that you are no longer have access to clinical supervision. Your access to support will be paused, and pump supply may be affected.


We reserve the right to recover any outstanding costs through appropriate channels.



9. Cancellations and Refunds


You may cancel a Pump Start booking up to 7 days before your first session for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after the first session.


If you miss a workshop or appointment, we will do our best to offer a reschedule, but refunds may not be possible. Short-notice cancellations are not guaranteed to be refunded.



10. Third Parties and Data Handling


We work with third-party systems that connect Healthcare professionals to your medical records securely. Our main provider is Semble, which we use to:




  • Schedule and manage appointments




  • Store and access medical records




  • Communicate securely with healthcare professionals involved in your care




Semble is GDPR-compliant and meets all UK data protection standards. Medical records and health data are never stored directly on our website, nor does anyone at our company have access to this information.


By using our service, you agree to have your information securely managed through Semble and shared with your healthcare team when clinically required.



11. Intellectual Property


All content on our platform is owned by FastTrack Pumps unless otherwise stated. You must not reuse or copy content without written permission.



12. Liability


We are not responsible for:




  • Clinical outcomes




  • Delays, errors, or disruptions from third-party services




  • Decisions made by healthcare professionals




Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service.



13. Changes to Terms


We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated Terms.
